I always thought when you got sick you call your doctor, make an appointment and go see your doctor. Apparently not at Middletown Family Care. They dont allow sick patients in the office. Its beyond anything Ive heard of. How in the world can you get proper treatment if a doctor can not listen to your breathing, listen to your heart rate, look into your ears and throat. Never in my lifetime have I ever heard of a doctors office not allowing sick patients in the office. I really hope more doctors open up in Middletown because this office is absolutely terrible. I completely understand protecting certain people, but you can still put a mask on and be seen. Very disappointed in this office.

I posted this on behalf of my Mother. I was a patient for almost six years. I was seeing Dr. Dedhia and I had no problems. Then after two years without letting me know in advance I had to see Dr. Cancino. I had no problem with her. Then Once again without prior Knowledge I had to see Dr. Manpreet. I sat in a chair and she in another she didn't touch me at all. She asked me all the questions the nurse had asked prior Gave me a prescription and that was the whole visit. Another time I made appointment to get pap test. I thought that one of the doctors would do test. I got a nurse practitioner. She started the test and then suddenly stop. She said she could not do it. I was so upset I had to go to Christiana in Newark to get test done. I really got scare thought I was sick . After that the only nurse practitioner I saw was Stacy.

Ive been a patient at this doctors office for the past two years. During which time Ive had nothing but positive experiences with the doctors and staff. Anytime Ive needed an appointment they were always flexible with finding me something within the timeframe needed.

Highly disappointed with newer PA Stacie (Middletown Family Care). Zero bedside manner. If you dont have anxiety already, you will after you see her. Saw her last year for an annual checkup and found her snappy and abrasive. She barged into the room and immediately told me that we had limited time so we could cover only some of my concerns. However, I was willing to give benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day. Second time I went with my daughter, and Stacie was even worsecame in like a wrecking ball and again said, You have a lot of issues, and were not going to be able to resolve them all today. Her tone is harsh and nasty. When my daughter asked an innocent question, she gave a condescending answer. She made my daughter feel stupid for trusting another health professional, like somehow she should have known better. Sick and upset patients need someone who at least pretends to care and treats them with dignity and respect. Clearly this profession is not a good fit for her.
