First State Restoration is top notch! Their service and commitment has been impeccable. They were there to help us within hours of our house fire to help secure the home. They also completed the mitigation and interior demo for us and did an amazing job! We are so thankful for the service and help this team has provided us as we have navigated this unfortunate event. My townhome was involved in an unexpected fire on New Years Eve and Ryan showed up at 11:30pm to see how he could be of service. He stayed until nearly 2am to help get personal items out of the home and even helped unload them at the hotel! Meanwhile his wife was 9 mos pregnant and he lived an hour away. As a business owner myself, I was skeptical at first, however I will say that act of kindness passed my test to determine his actions as being "genuine" vs ambulance chasing. I was very impressed that the next morning he showed up bright and early to get started on remediation, and was eager to help with things outside the scope of the job he was being paid for. I also got to meet Shalefe and Tyler in the process, both of which have also been incredibly kind and professional. Just a good group of people doing good things for society. We need more humans like these guys in our world!

First sate restoration responded within minutes to my incident. On Thanksgiving we had our septic pump fail in our basement with about an inch of water and within minutes. I got a phone call from Ryan Fletcher from First State restoration and professional help me through the whole process. Highly recommend.

Having a fire is bad enough but not knowing who to turn to for help other than your Insurance company is even more stressful. This is where First State Restoration comes in. Ryan was the first one there for us explaining what immediately needs to be done and right away assured us it would be their responsibility to clean up without charging us upfront. Next was Tyler and Schalefe who literally took all the stress of the clean up, connecting me to the right people for the cost adjustments, rebuild company, all electronic repair and clean up and a whole lot more. I understood that Im not another sales for them and they were genuinely concerned for me and familys wellbeing. Even after they were done with their responsibilities, they still keep in touch and check on us. If you were faced with a similar situation or in doubt, I would highly recommend them as they will take that initial burden off of you and guide you through this stressful process.

I am in awe of Ryan and his wife. They showed up to complete restoration after a fire for one of my former students. Typically insurance pays for their services. When Ryan found out there was no house insurance he could have easily walked away and didnt. He still make sure the house was boarded up pro bono. On top of this he and his wife made a list of resources and made phone calls to provide clothing and food for the young lady displaced in the fire. They helped her look for her cat, went to the store to get bottles of water for her. If thats not enough, three hours later they met her at the church so she could get clothing, purchased cat and dog food for her pets and make sure she was safe. Going beyond the call of duty is an understatement. They were angels sent to assist this young lady. I can not thank them enough for the support, love and compassion they showed yesterday. There are truly good people left in this crazy world and I met two of them yesterday. Thank you both so much. I recommend their services to anyone.
