I hired DSR to manage my rental property after reading some positive reviews about their success online. Drew and his team met with me and discussed the property, performed a safety inspection, did all the advertising, held an open house with a huge turnout, and screened the applicants. The entire DSR group is friendly and knowledgeable. Drew was able to negotiate a higher rental price than I originally wanted ,and I couldnt be happier!
