        Couldn't find a place anywhere to do a citrated platelet count without waiting to see a hematologist first. Then Leslie called me to tell me they can do it and even called my son's PCP for the order. Huge relief as I'm trying to navigate a new disorder! We'll be back for quarterly labs for Glycogen Storage Disease. Thank you so so much!!!

        This is the best Lab in Middletown . I have dealt with Leslie and Cara and they always find my veins as I have poor ones. They are very polite, efficient and friendly. I had an experience where my doctor did not fax the order for lab work to be done. Any other lab would have just sent me back home, Clara actually had me call my doctors office in her lab and request that they fax the order. We waited and no fax. I called again and no fax. Cara was so sweet and she actually called my doctors office . I know that this whole process took 45 minutes. I will only use this lab. Please hurry up and re-open. I miss my 2 lab techs.
