        Therapists here were excellent when we were here a few years ago with TheraPlay, but the company was recently purchased by IvyRehab and they are absolutely awful. This review is for IvyRehab, not TheraPlay or TheraPlays awesome therapists (We absolutely loved Sam!). Watch your billing statements even if its covered by insurance. There was a billing error made 2 years ago and the new company reached out over a two years past the appointment and demanded payment. Insurance should have covered it, but it was too late and we had to pay out of pocket for a covered service we couldnt really afford.

        I recently took my one year old son for an evaluation and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the exceptional service that we received from the Front Desk Receptionist Sheritta. She was extremely kind and patient and took her time with scheduling the remainder of my sons appointments. SAM - the physical therapist, was absolutely amazing and detail oriented. She paid close attention to my son and explained things in a way in which we understood, her expertise was appreciated and she was very knowledgeable. I have very high hopes for this establishment! Also, everything was incredibly clean, and the checkin process was quick and easy!

At our facility in Middletown, we provide pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to meet the rehabilitation needs of our young patients, their physicians, and their parents.
