        Every time I call it takes me 30+ minutes to get someone to answer the phone. I have currently been on hold for 34 minutes and still haven't been helped. Called yesterday, 45+ minutes.

        My son came here for his 9mo check up with his father because his normal pediatrician wasn't available for some time. My son was scraped with a needle across the top of his thigh pretty good. I called to speak with someone and left a message but never recieved a call back.... With that being said I guess it's safe to assume this place doesn't care about their staffs negligence. I didn't think it was done on purpose but, it would've been nice for someone to call me back and at least pretend to be concerned.
