Sump pump went out after 1 yr 8 mos. It was originally installed at no charge therefore no warranty. Invoice specified 3 year warranty parts and labor. After speaking with Owner Nick Slater about situation he replaced pump at no charge to us. Derek, the replacement installer was on time and very professional!.
We had a lot of work done at the original install with nothing negative to say at all about anything and this just shows me that Mister Plumber does stand behind their work and parts. They will continue to be my go to plumbing company. Service: Sump pump installation

I had a leak in the water main line. I Called Mr. Rooter of Newark, and a supervisor came and told me I need several parts and gave me an estimate over $1000!!!! I brought it down to $876.20, but know that was way way way inflated. The next day, Steve, a very nice, professional, and knowledgeable plumber came to repair the leak. He told me that only the valve is bad, but he has the parts and might as well change the "knee" as well. For about $50 worth of parts, they charged over $300. Steve was her about an hour and labor was $500.
The job was done well, but next time, I will not use Mr. Rooter. They are a franchise, and overinflated their prices. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
