As a trucker we don't get "facilities" like everyone else. We get portatoilets. Whether it's a shipper or truck parking area. Went to a closed weigh station in Maryland outside of Fredrick that opens for parking when closed and a truck parking area 2 miles beyond that. The first one had sewage up to the lid. The second had sewage piled aboved the seat and trash all inside. This is unacceptable. We stay on the road for months at a time to delivery your food, clothes, toys, building materials and everything else you use in your daily life. We can't have heated and cooled facilities like everyone else so you give these dirty dank portatoilets and you people can't even keep them clean? I would gives 0 stars if I could. DO BETTER! FFS I just need a clean place to relieve myself. HORRIBLE!

Worse customer service EVER. Kids overturned a portable toilet on school property and then pushed it down a hill onto my property leaking sewage everywhere. Been calling for 3 days in a row and they refuse to fix the issue. You're better off going to a local business like Bobby's port-a-pottys.

The sales person was extremely helpful and when there was a question about where the unit would be placed, a manager came out to look at the site and approve it.
