We definitely made the BEST decision choosing Yuliana to sell my mothers house. She was on point with all of her suggestions and very thorough to get the house ready for sale. Every outside contractor that she suggested did a fantastic job and she made sure they responded back in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns we had were answered immediately. Her communication is top notch, touching base with us on a weekly basis regardless of what was happening. When it came time for settlement she went out of her way to make sure it went as smoothly and easy as possible.
