        While returning my u haul truck. The lady of the desk refused to go outside and check me in while I was in the stor I asked for a copy of the paper receipt. She said she doesn't go outside. So now I have to have faith that they're gonna charge me the correct amount. From out of state (Illinois) When I get an email whenever they decide to go outside and do their job

        Wonderful experience! The facility was clean & very well taken care of. All of the staff members were very knowledgeable & friendly, but Aaron was exceptional!! I am so very pleased with my experience there
