I don't live here but dealing with their customer service made me hate the entire state

DelDOT has rude, incomprehensible customer service. Refused to connect me with a supervisor when I requested as such. Extorting people out of their money because their EZ-pass receivers do not work correctly. I went through a toll on 301 with a working EZ pass. My EZ pass worked all the way down through Pa and Delaware, then suddenly stopped working just for one toll booth? I don't think so. 200 dollars in fines and sent to collections over a 4 dollar toll. True extortion. Not giving this one up, will see you in court.

I hope these people are having a terrible day. They make it hard to dispute so youll give up and pay the fine. Its dec 2021 who still uses snail mail. But theyll take a credit card over the phone for payment though? Guess my tax money outta my check skipped the disputes department of deldot and that money was used to update the payment department. Odd. Anyway hope anyone that works there stings their pinky toe tonight.
