        Received hefty tax audit of over 13k for 2021 filing. Called, sent email, messaged on whatsapp since last 4 months. No-one responds. File at your own discretion. If audit arises, they just vanish and do not respond.

        It seems there is no way we can connect to Maple Tax help desk. It's just one way as the call never connects. I have sent email a month back on india tax filing and no response. Regarding FBAR I sent email and did get a call back and was asked to submit details in portal. I have done it today and sent message via their "Send message" facility in maple portal. Seeing the history of "no response/respond when they want at their leisure" from Maple I don't have any option than write it here. Hope some one responds.
