BEWARE! My car broke down on the side of a highway in NC (didn't know they were in DE until I saw the charge on my card). I quickly googled looking for a AAA phone number (didn't have my card). I called them, made it very clear I was with AAA (platinum) and they informed me that they would require me to pay $500 prior to them sending a tow truck and would return it to me at a later date. I fought with the lady clearly stating that it was my understanding with AAA that I didn't pay anything for a tow, and she kept telling me this is how it works. I was on the side of the road and wanted to get off, so I said ok. When I got off I called another number, which actually ended up being AAA. No record of any call!!! I called this place back immediately and gave them a piece of my mind telling them to cancel the tow and reimburse me my money. I was hung up on twice! Finally they told me someone from their finance department would call me back in a few moments, nothing. I called again and they said someone would call me back in an hour, nothing. Next day I called, they told me that they were processing and that I would have my money returned in 2-3 business days and that there was no one in a finance dept that existed. Guess what, no money. Called again yesterday and was told that I was 100% getting my money back, that I would receive an email by this morning and I would get my money back in 7-10 business days. Guess what, no email!!!! You call and it sounds like they are answering the phone from someone's living room couch during a family dinner. I'm not sure what SCAM they are running but I have reported them to my credit card company and now will be reporting them to the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

They said 60-90 minutes called back after an hour and they said another 60-90 minutesI wouldnt recommend this service

Called at 7am for a tow. Paid $310 for the tow they said someone would be there 60 to 90 minutes. 5 hours later still no tow truck. Even after calling multiple times. Mind you this is my company vehicle and one of my employees is stuck on the highway in 90 heat for 5 hours. The 3rd party driver calls and says they canceled my tow. Then I had to pay another $300 for the tow. So Now I'm out the $310 for the tow. Don't use this company. Service: Car towing

Should have heeded the reviews. Second warning sign was they wanted payment before showing up. Third, after waiting 2 hours, they said their truck had broken down. Fourth, for an additional 50 bucks they would subcontract another service. At this point we canceled. Still hoping the refund comes through. Service: Car towing
