Positives : maintenance (extra star) Negatives:This place is the worse. Cops always here, They take rent up while depleting amenities. You can't wash clothes but on the weekend if you have a 9-5 because they keep the charge machine in the office for whatever reason. Two washers and one dry works. And that's just the tip. But on to the ignorant, lying, high minded, low quality property manager. I won't even give the messy story about me. But I had a friend who was very ill aond she told him he could move into a certain apartment. He needed it because he had trouble walking long distances and had heart problems. He stayed on the third floor, only to turn around and tell him money comes first and moved someone else into said apartment. Unfortunately my friend eventually passed. She is rude, condescending, and absolutely lacks compassion. Not sure how she is still al inhere but its gotta be money related. But if you have any sense DO NOT COME HERE! Check other reviews. No lies told!epak In response, thank you but no thank you. Respect comes upfront, not the back end. Honesty comes upfront, not the back end. Integrity comes up front, not on the back end. I've been a tenant for over 6 years with no issues or complaints and things have continued to deteriorate. What can be made right? Someone already came in my home without notice which I'm sure has to be illegal. And the pest control never said I had any infestation so that was bogus so miss me with the minimal stuff. Common courtesy is minimal. If it isn't ownership, I'm not reaching out to anyone.

Reading these reviews i will not be getting an apartment there..i drove by today and decided to inquire about an apartment Tuesday after the holiday..thanks for the reviews no way

I came to the building to find a new home and building 101 did not have a back door I was very concerned about this and when I tried to call about my concerns and information no one answered for a week straight do not recommend living on this property the pictures on site is very misleading from the inside and out

The location is perfect with me being new to the area, especially for commuters. I love that its located near the highway so your only a few minutes away from dining, shopping etc. Overall Ive had a great experience with the staff and maintenance. It didnt take long to get my work orders taken care of, they provide the perfect amount of amenities for the cost and I love my apartment!

Snake infestation please do not waste your time living there. Constantly finding snakes in my apartment I'm being force to move out due to these unhabitable living conditions.
