Melissa Green and her team were excellent. They had fantastic communication with me throughout the process. My claim went to appeal and Ms. Green had a clear and concise strategy. It was presented to the ALJ at my hearing and he clearly understood the facts of my claim. The hearing was swift and smooth and my claim was approved in 2 weeks. My experience at Linarducci Law, was professional. I had represented myself the first 3 times, which I was denied twice and on the 3rd,I was declared partially approved meaning that the Judge determined that I was only disabled for the 2 years that I had my surgeries for Colon Rectal Cancer. Unfortunately my condition will never change as the cancer forced the surgeon to completely remove my rectum,so I have no muscle back their to control my bowel movements, and I am totally reliant on depends. This is when I had 2 choices to make I could accept the judges decision or file an appeal. So, I decided to contact Linarducci Law,after speaking with Melissa she looked at my case and with her professionalism, she said Ron,something isn't right here obviously a mistake has been made as they do not understand your medical condition,the aftermath of what it's like to live without having control of your bowel movements. She ,told me everything upfront,with honesty and integrity about the appeal process the pros and cons of winning or not winning and in the end that is all you can ask for. She fought diligently for me and 21 months later I was awarded my benefit.
