Not only was Joel and his crew prompt, kind and professional but it was like they weren't even there (poof, new paint)! They worked over nights, and we never skipped a beat! They went above and beyond on the wall repairs, the paint was seamless, and the attention to detail was amazing! Thank you, Joel and team, for a job well done!

      Lynn,JP’s Touch Painting business is a reputable, trustworthy and a respectable family-oriented business! Our customer’s privacy is of most importance to JP’s Touch Painting!! We take great steps to make sure this process is not broken by us! And is a promise to all our customers!As I am sure you may recall, during the painting job and the time spent in your property, which you and I agreed to do, our business interaction was courteous, professional, and pleasant, always! You and I constantly exchanged professional and courteous pleasantries about the work we were doing for you! Therefore, it is extremely disheartening to see that you have taken it upon yourself to accuse me and my team, with no merit, whatsoever! and just, blatantly, accuse us of an act of which you have no proof it took place; but without a care in the world decided, just as well, to try to ruin my business reputation “just because”! This is called “Defamation of Character” which includes a business, with a team of people! Your accusation is totally invalid, we, as a team, do not touch individual items in a home. When we are in the process of painting, we move sections within the area we are working to cover them to make sure we do not damage/paint over them, and they are moved as “whole sections” not as individual items. This process or steps are steps that we take to make sure we are not violating any privacy within the homes that we work in, which is important to our business!I will not allow you to promote my business or my team as “thieves” that is totally unacceptable!Especially since I know that we took nothing out of your home nor did any improprieties take place within your home.Therefore, your claims are totally empty of truthfulness, since we treated your home with the same respect and care we exercise for all our customers! I am currently consulting with my legal team on this unforeseen and unfortunate invalid accusation.
