Every time I call EZ Pass customer service they are very rude inconsiderate and not much help. I have been a customer since 2010 and the customer service has not changed since. This is a shame because they are in customer service and should have more patience with customers. They don't deserve 1 star.

They gonna scam you as much as you can. They sent 4 toll violations to collections and wanted over $250. I have a ez pass and my tag connected to my account so they are intentionally trying to get more money.

Terrible company, terrible website, cant pay anyone if the violation number is incorrect. Absolutely a scam company. Im sure the owner is all for corporate greed.

I work in NJ and live in DE. My EZ pass account stopped when I changed my bank. In order to update I tried calling over the phone but its hard to get through to them, lots of waiting on hold and yelling at the auto lady. I work 9-5 and we are not allowed personal calls so I wouldnt even have enough time on my 30 min lunch break due to the hold times. I ended being able to access and update my account online, which was much easier and faster than over the phone. While I was working that out, I still went through the EZ pass and figured they could pull it from my EZ pass account once my new account info was updated... Long story short, they will not, even thou I had the commuter and they could see I went through daily M-F and should have only owed the $1.25 per each day, I was billed the $5 bucks a day. If that was it, just owing the 5 bucks that would have been fine, but ohh no the admin fees and they really add up. That should not be legal, its such a scam. It really ended up snow balling bc the money I did put into my account was being pulled for admin fees and not rolling toward my Monday thru Friday daily tolls and the admin fees and charges just kept adding up. I ended up owing them a lot of money. I tried going into the facility. I had 600 on me to settle for the month of hell I just went through, thats one pay check for me. The workers where nice and i didnt have to wait long however I had such a high balance, that even knocking off 200 I still owed them about 800 and I just could not keep the cycle going or pay the 800. I just stopped using the EZ pass and went back to paying the 5 bucks a day which is a lot for someone struggling just trying to get by.
