Christina Mill

Hello everyone, I have not lived at Christina Mills as of yet. Im so happy to hear some of the good things. I have an appointment on April 6 hopefully to be a perspective's resident. Myself and my elderly mom are hoping to live there moving from the Washington, DC area. My mother needs to downsize and be with me. As of now the staff has been very nice and willing to help which made me interested. I really hope its has safe and quiet as some of you have said.

Very nice community and people but the apartments are old an awful. Water leaks, old appliances that always break. I mean something breaks every other week its getting really frustrating. Windows are terrible, allow a lot of air to get through. I wish they did more updating but i guess they dont want to spend the money because they are cheap.

The maintenance team here is unresponsive. You have to follow up with them over and over for them to get simple things done. Also they falsely document jobs to be complete that were never even initiated. The new office manager Robin is also very rude and condescending. At first glance the community appears homely and welcoming, on the flip side it does not feel that way as a tenant. Overall management has gone from worse to worser. Things were not being properly managed before but I least you received better customer service.
