Purchase Floors from this company about 2 1/2 years having a problem Ive called the company at least 3 times trying to get a service appointment willing to pay for the service appointment. No one has the common courtesy to even call me back to tell me they are able to help. Customer service is horrible. How can you call a company and calls goes to a voicemail no one ever picks up worst customer service ever so if you want to pay good money and have horrible service this is the company you want to use.

Purchased a new home in 2020 in which Creative Flooring was contracted. Absolutely horrible experience, some major issues along with some minor issues. Our biggest concern was with our kitchen floors. The vynl sheet flooring was installed and glued beginning of July 2020 in an unconditioned house(ac installed in August of 2020). Creative Floors said they have done this with success over the years. I previously managed a New Homes Construction HVAC group working with national builders, they would not allow flooring to be installed prior to home being conditioned and would send back charges when we were late installing. With that I googled searched most popular flooring glue brands reading there installation literature and all of them have recommended relative humidity in which the glue is required to be installed. Looking at national weather records the flooring was installed in unfavorable conditions. Shortly after we moved in our floor started to bulge. CF came out pulled up vynl and screwed subfloor down and replied vynl. Not even a week later the replied area was bubbling and other bulges appeared. They sent a rep out to investigate and he told my wife the whole floor needed to be replaced. Several months go by and we reach out to builder and ask them for update, they had no record of that visit because CF did not communicate findings. Now a 3rd visit was needed and we were told there was some delamination of subfloor and that and vynl needed to be replaced. At this point I requested an upgrade due to the multiple visits which builder and CF declined. We discussed other settlement but when those failed I just asked them to remove the floors and make ready for new. I did not ask them to do anything they don't already have to do and its been radio silent for over 3 months. The minor things are staples popping up in our carpet which my children have stepped on, a lvp threshold in front of a marble threshold and nails popping out of transition threshold. They seem to think these are all accessible and only made excuses for how it was installed. Do not buy from them head the many negative reviews on here.
