My company and I have worked with King Print and Promo for about a year and a half after working with other promotional suppliers in the past, and I'm so glad we're using King!! What I love about working with this company is that Paul and his team are part of the collaboration process to determine which items make sense for which events. They are able to give different and unique ideas at various price points and make suggestions based on the details of an event or even just from a general idea. There are no "hidden" or extra fees that come up the first time on invoices, like I have experienced with other companies. Additionally, their prices are fair and on par with or cheaper than other companies, yet here, you get the personalized experience as well. In fact, I am willing to pay higher prices for the service I get from King over other companies that may offer seemingly cheaper pricing. The recipients of the products we have ordered comment on their high quality, and I couldn't agree more! This team is thorough, taking your ideas from conception to delivery, and everyone I have interacted with is professional, kind, helpful, and responsive. I would highly recommend King Print and Promo!
