Hi Haya,Sorry to hear this is your experience. But you're right. We are not easy to get an appointment with. There are just 2 of us here, and with 20 years at this location, there's only so much we can accommodate. I'm certain if you choose to leave a message, you will hear back from us within a reasonable time frame. And yes, sometimes that's redirecting to other therapists because we know when people call, they usually don't want to wait 6-8weeks to find relief.
