They break in a couple of years and than sleep number wants you to pay $300+ to fix the problem WITH already purchasing the warranty. Save yourself some time and maybe even some $$ and get a better/ more durable bed.

Do yourself a favor, and if you want to experience what these beds are like, just buy an air mattress and poke a hole in it.
The most uncomfortable thing in the world.
I like sleeping on the couch or floor better than this bed.
The base is adjustable, but that's the ONLY thing that's even remotely decent.
The automatic adjustments stopped after only a few months. And customer service assures you that it's your fault. At 33 years of age, I never suffered from back pain or sleep related issues. After purchasing this insanely overpriced bed, I now have both.
Buying this bed has been one of the biggest regrets of my life. I wish I had got literally anything else. I find myself looking at old mattresses on the side of the road in envy of the comfort they provide.
Paying thousands of dollars for back pain and the worst possible sleep is what this place gets you.
STAY AWAY FROM THE LIES AND MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BED ON THE PLANET!!!
