Would give it zero stars if I could. Waited an hour and half to give a urine sample. Terrible.

The lady at the desk, technician, doctor are super friendly. Building and bathrooms are super clean!!

I am here for my ambulance driver preemployment drug test. I had a bit of long wait which is usually normal for places like this but what was astonishing was how rude the 2 front desk ladies are. I came in with good spirits and left irritated, this place is way to comfortable with being rude

I waited an hour to give a urine sample. Pivot Occupational Health chooses to provide this location with one receptionist- one receptionist to greet incoming clients, to dispense all of the necessary forms, to input all of the clients information into the system, and then to escort clients back to the correct department. This is the second time Ive been here, and its always the same. The flood starts around 9 am, and for the rest of the day, the waiting room is backed up. The technicians want nothing to do with the waiting room. In every imaging department Ive worked in, we (the techs) come out to the waiting room to get the patients. The tech doing my test gave me my own folder and told me to drop it off at the front desk before I left. Its ten steps down the hallway. I walked out to the waiting room to see three people in line in front of the receptionist. I had to ask her where my folder went. This message is for the management team- not the receptionist. You dont care about your clients. You act like the only game in town, and it shows.
