        Took in an Apple iPad to be shipped for warranty work. The UPS store broke the screen then refused to take any responsibility for it. We asked to see the cameras so we could prove it but the coward manager stated only if we got a warrant. DO NOT USE THIS STORE IF YOU ARE SHIPPING ANYTHING OF VALUE. They destroyed my 9 year old autistic son's expensive computer and didn't care. Manager is a real jerk.

      Are you sure you are discussing the correct location? We asked the team and nobody remembers shipping an iPad or discussing a broken screen. How long ago was this?
