I hired KIP construction for a screen and glass job and he was professional and timely. He did my porch screens and fixed my broken glass. Would highly recommend and hire them again for future projects.

My hubsand and I hired Justin with KIP construction to screen in our patio and put a tongue and groove trex flooring on top of the cement floor. We gave him a 50% deposit and he completed the screen work and put in the flooring and sent us pictures to show it was completed on 10/29/23. He asked us to Venmo balance which we did. We were out of town and arrived back on 11/17 and saw that the floor was incomplete-the screen door would not stay closed, needed a sweep and the floor boards were popping up. We reached out to him on 11/18/23 and he promised to be back every week since then. He came one day in January and fixed the door latch but the floor and sweep on the door are still incomplete. I mentioned to my neighbor about it because they had hired him as well. He had not completed their job either. When he heard I had spoken to my neighbor about my issues he told me never to contact him again and he told my neighbor he would not be back to complete their job either. He is unreliable and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend him.
