After living many years in northern New Jersey it was time to retire and move south. Having vacationed in Sussex County for years, we chose the shores of Bethany Beach. No one realizes how much paperwork is involved in moving and and re-working documents. We met with John Robbert and his team a few times we found them reliable, patient, respectful and well-versed in current elder law. We were setting up trusts and were given all the time we needed to comprehend all the ramifications. Most of all, they made us feel comfortable and supported. We wouldnt hesitate to refer them to a family or friends.

I have had Attorney John F. Robbert handle my legal affairs for many years. In fact he took care of my fathers business and my mother-in-laws will. He also did my husbandss and my estate planning. 15 years of great service and peace of mind.
Our estate planning relationship with John Robbert goes back to July of 2005. We regularly attend his free presentations and, from the attendees at those presentations, we are not unique in having a long-term relationship with him.
Over the years, our estate planning goals, as well as the environment where our planning documents will be executed, have changed. John has always been there to answer our questions and update our plans, to ensure our goals are met and that our documents are current with the environment where the plans will be executed.
John provides the complete package for estate planning. From establishing our goals, creating and maintaining the plan to realize those goals, and implementing the structures to establishing our trusts. John did all the work in transferring our assets into the trust.
