Superior Screen & Glass must be doing so well they cannot muster the courtesy of returning possible job inquiries. It was stated that the work, rescreening a porch, was not a rush. However, not acknowledging the inquiry is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I didnt trust I would get a high quality service when I saw the office is cluttered with old junk and has cobwebs on ceiling. Scared me away when I saw a vase labeled ashes of rude customers and many guns on the wall
