These guys were very responsive and very helpful. They got my motors fixed and identified what was wrong with the other motor. Unfortunately, the other motor could not be saved but they showed me a photo of what was damaged and the cost to diagnos was reasonable. They gave me a ticket to identify my repairs from other repairs and overall I could not be happier. They were very realistic about their time frames and stuck to it.

I used S & M Small Engine Repair in nearby Ocean View, DE a few weeks ago for a tune up of my 18-year-old Honda mower, which included a blade sharpening. I could not be more pleased with the experience. Theresa was a joy to work with and, while I did not meet him, it is evident that Mike does excellent work. In about 1 week my mower was ready for pick up. When I arrived I saw the mower had been cleaned thoroughly and covered to protect it from the elements. Theresa started it up to show me it was working well. It was the lowest price I had even paid for a mower tune up, so I found their price to be more than reasonable. I will happily return when needed and would highly recommend S & M to others.

Teresa was very helpful in providing information about their service & scheduling.
Mike is great. He comes to your house to fix your mowers. Clearly hes done this for a long time & loves his work. I have old mowers & he has them running well now, even guaranteed his work for the season! I was pleasantly surprised when he wrote out the invoice much less than I had expected.
