Nothing but 5 star. The people are nice. The location can't be beat. Been coming here since I was a kid. Fenwick beats OC everyday and nothing beats Coral Sands. The rooms just got redone but they still have an older, beachy feel. Cleaning of the rooms is done daily, which is a must with all the sand. The owners are on site if you need anything. Parking is a great bonus and being able to walk to the beach without touching pavement is amazing. BOOK EARLY! This place fills up. You'll start on the first floor, but will be able to move up after you've built up a few summer stays.

Lovely stay every-time. Never disappoints. I would not stay anywhere else when I am at the beach. Beautiful family owned low key place to stay right on the ocean. What else can I say?

My husband and I started staying here 33 years ago. The owners are wonderful people and make you feel like family. It's clean and we'll taken care of. I love it!
