        Went to this place at about 1 oclock on 12/21/23. The young man with long dark hair took my order as he was eating pretzel with his mouth full of food. Then proceeded to get my food and drink without washing his hands ! I could still see the cinnamon on his hands from when he was eating the pretzeldisgusting. Needless to say I will not be eating my pretzel.

        Worst one Ive visited. Young man working this afternoon, 12/16/23, working on mobile orders, was either high on illegal or legal drugs. He was in outer space and could barely work. He read my order receipt minimum 25 times and took another 10 minutes to pack my order once the pretzel nuggets were ready. It was embarrassing to watch. And the lead or manager in charge was just as bad, enabling the behavior and texting on her phone when it was super busy.

        Unfortunately very poor customer service. Dont even think about ordering pick up or delivery. Staff does not care. Very disappointed

        Is it just me or do they never want to honor the rewards program? Only been here a few times and they always claim their machine doesn't work to scan the QR code. Then when you give them the code to key in, they still claim they can't. Funny none of the other locations have this problem. Last time going there.
