    Nobody actually works here lol. This place is a disgrace. I feel bad for whoever owns it. These employees are completely stealing from the owner and AT&T. I live about 10 minutes away and have stopped in FOUR times now, in the last two weeks to pre-order the new iPhone. All at different times and ALL four times during "open hours" the gate has been half up with the lights off in the store. Someone is on the clock because you see the room in the back light is on and you can usually hear music.... yes I walked in and knocked 3 of the 4 times. Just 1 time someone answered and she looked so bothered and said she was on her "lunch break".... It was 3:30pm.

    I wish I could give zero stars. I bought a new iPhone in October. I traded in my iPhone for this new one. Was told I was getting a $1,000 trade in credit. Well, I've been on the phone for 6 phones and have got NO where, NO TRADE IN CREDIT. I contacted store rep after store rep. One told me he'd call me back in 15 minutes, a week later and no call back! I was told that they never sent my iphone back in and it was sitting in the back room, FOR MONTHS! MORAL OF STORY, BUT DIRECT FROM AT&T-THIS LOCATION IS AN AUTHORIZED AT&T.

    I came to Concord Mall to trade in my iPhone 13 Pro Max for the iPhone 15 Pro Max on Thursday, December 1, 2023. I got to the store and the gate was halfway down as if they were about to close and it was 5:45 and was told that they close at 8pm. A young guy was working and tending to a young lady. He was moving very slow and a line had started to form with two other people who were behind me to get assistance. He took a personal call while assisting the young lady asked the young lady and then accused the young lady of having her iPhones screen being replaced because the screen didnt look like his iPhones screen. The young lady started to become agitated and explained that his phone was a newer model iPhone and hers was an older one with the font being the only thing different and not the screen. The young lady left from the store and I was next. The two guys who were behind me left the store since the Rep was taking long. I gave the Rep my Drivers License and he scanned it and then pulled up my information and explained that I couldnt trade my phone in until I paid the balance of my phone off. Ive had an AT&T iPhone since the 3GS in 2009 and have traded in the majority of them all for the new one. The information that the rep gave me of course was inaccurate. The promotion is you get up to $1000 for your new iPhone when you trade in your old iPhone to get the new 15 series iPhone. I knew I should have gone back to Christiana Mall like I had previously done to trade my phone in. I dont appreciate the Rep not knowing the promotion/sale that was going on. I will not be coming back to that AT&T store to do business again. I wish I had 0 stars to give because I dont want to give one star for his poor understanding of the business and sales and making me wait to trade my phone in when I really need the phone for more space space. I wonder if TMobile or Verizon treats their customers like this, maybe Ill give them a shot.
