I hired J&J to clean the area rug in my living room. The rug had regular wear and tear stains including a red juice stain and my cat did urinate on it once, there was no visible urine stain but you could kinda smell it. First of all they were in my house all of 20 minutes maybe. 20 minutes total. They NEVER shampooed my rug I never saw a single sud and didnt smell any soap. They only used what looked like a metal vacuum. They then hung my now clean rug on my two outside trash cans in 92 degree weather. They told me it was to let it dry . Needless to say, the trash cans smelled like garbage! So as soon as they left I inspected my rug. It was bone dry to the touch and the juice stain was still very visible but like I said, I didnt see one soap sud. They charged me $80. I ended up throwing the rug away I never brought it back in my house. Dont waste your money just trifling Service: Area rug cleaning
