        I wish I could give this rite-aid zero stars. The pharmacy and pharmacist are the worst, rude, no help. I've been coming here ever since my nearest rite-aid closed and it's been nothing but headaches and problems. They never have my medication ready on time or they never receive it but yet I get confirmation from my doctor and even get a notification that it's ready or confirmed. When I go in I get the same excuse and when I call to try and solve the issue I get hanged up on. The worst I've had to deal with. Not coming back.

        The pharmacist and pharmacy is a joke anymore. They never have my prescription and I never get any type of text messages even though they keep putting my phone number in their system and my number has not changed in 10 yrs. The pharmacist is rude and not caring whatsoever and doesnt even offer any help like let me see if another one of our locations has your asthma medication. I am so over them.

        Horrible customer service with the Lady Pharmacist who works there. She was rude and unprofessional when I was asking questions. Ill never go there again. Miss the Rite Aid that just closed up the street, they were the friendliest crew!
