If I could give them a negative star I would. I am currently involved in a deal/sale of a property in Delaware where the seller is using Denise as their attorney. I called her to get a timberline of when the probate process would be finished. Her secretary, gatekeeper or whatever tells me it's a $500 consulting fee just to ask a simple question that would've netted her way more than $500!!! Make it make sense! She doesn't answer emails or phone calls. THEY ARE THE WORST IMHO. It seems they prioritize who our what they feel is "important" to them . Stay away if you don't want to feel like you don't matter.

Denise Nordheimer and her entire staff took care of all of my worries after my brother passed away suddenly a year ago. They helped me through all of the administrative filings and everything that I had no clue of what I was doing. They got back to me quickly with answers when I needed them. They are all personable and easy to work with. I recommend them highly to anyone that needs a great Estate Attorney!

Its been three days since I contacted this firm without even the courtesy of a reply. How can you say Caring Legal Assistance on your web page when you fail to even respond? I see a post from a month ago where you failed to follow up with another client. Your failure to follow up seems to be a regular occurrence. Is this how you conduct business after you are paid?

As a new homeowner, I had a brief meeting with Denise, and it went well. She responded to all of my inquiries, and I left her office feeling confident that I had chosen wisely to continue working with her firm. Although I haven't started the process of my estate planning I did indeed feel I was in good hands. Everyone was professional pleasant.
