Tres was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. We called him to get a 2nd opinion on a quote we had gotten from another chimney company. He gave us way more information than the other company did, including explaining how much of what they had wanted to do was unnecessary. He said he could clean the chimney if we wanted, but after looking at it he told us it didn't need to be cleaned. He could've let us go through with it anyway and we never would have known the difference, but he was honest with us about it, even showing us pictures he took from the top of the chimney. And when all was said and done, the quote he gave us for the work we were talking about having done was half of what the other company's was. Needless to say, he'll be doing the work for us when the time comes. I cannot recommend Triple Crown highly enough!
