Sundays Bike Insurance

Customer service was really great. Got 2 of my bikes insured. I had to list all the aftermarket parts from my custom build to make sure they were covered too. It took a little longer, but totally worth it to know my 1-piece cockpit is also covered. I swapped over from my renters' insurance after it expired. My girlfriend was using bike specific insurance, and I thought I'd look into it instead. It was more expensive than renters insurance, but the policy was super easy to read and clear. The peace of mind was totally worth it. I haven't had to make a claim, so not sure what that experience is like.

I requested a free quote online. I then received multiple phone calls and voicemails a day for the next several days until I blocked the number. It was a truly terrible sales experience for a product I actually did want. I went with a different provider solely because of the excessive phone calls.

They are a great bicycle insurance company, they are very friendly, they do what they need to when it comes to it. My town ain't to fond of ebikes, and someone totaled my bike. It only took from 0ct. 26th the day of the accident to November 10 ( varies between each individual claim) to receive an approval for my claim. They fully replaced every penny I spent on the bike. And I now get a brand new one.
