Century link is terrible. Unfortunately my apartment complex only uses this company. I moved in on the 19th of December, 2020, and I called them to have it set up on that day. Now, 3 days later, my girlfriend gets a call saying they can’t set it up until the 28th. I understand it’s the holidays and things are busy, but when you set up a date to have them come out and set up the internet a month in advance, there should be no problem. Century link is terrible. If you have the choice, don’t use these idiots
