        Joe was very patient and knowlege about the devices that fit my lifestyle. He took the time to explain the plans and recommended several phone that would be in my price range. If you are looking for great customer service, I recommend Joe.

        I recently stopped at The T Mobile Store on Kirkwood highway, Delaware. There were four employees lounging at their seats. No one stood up when entered. One person eventually asked if they could help, still not moving from his position leaning on the desk from his seat. I told them why we were there and was told I would have to go to the Apple store. I said okay, while i am here, can you help me with T Mobile Tuesday. I was told I should call customer service because they didnt know. To say stopping at this store was a waste of time doesnt do the visit justice because the visit also left me completely annoyed with not only the the employees, but also the new t mobile app as well as the whole company due to the very poor customer service representing the company.
