By far the worst chicken cheesesteak I have ever had in my life! It was my first and very last from here I will never get anything other than a turkey sub from here never ever again. Meat was tough and not chopped. I specifically asked for salt n pepper, fried onions, they must have skipped that part absolutely tasteless. I took one bite and spit it out I took a 2nd bite to be sure and yeah to the trash, I mean I didnt think anyone could make a cheesesteak so terribly. I wish I had went with my first thought and just went to Olympics. Im out of $10.50 and still hungry

This was the worst experience I have had with a Capriottis location. The salad I ordered vs what I received was a joke. Talk about false advertising! We ordered lunch for the office on 2/14, when it was delivered, we were missing a sandwich and the salad I mentioned above was just iceberg lettuce. We called and spoke to the asst manager Hector who said he would refund both items but he only refunded the missing sandwich. I called back the next day 2/15 and he assured me we would receive our additional refund. That has yet to happen. Needless to say, we wont be ordering from the Capriottis in Union street ever again! Very disappointed as this use to be a go to spot and the quality and customer service has gone down hill.
