Just got off the phone with making my reservation for my husband's birthday and they couldn't be any more accommodating I can't wait to eat there!

Went on a Sunday reservation at 7pm 4/7/24, only 2 pieces of petite prime rib left to order, how do you run out of your specialty, my Caesar salad lettuce was brown, here comes my prime rib out fatty as hell, my wifes cut was fatty as well, my total bill 130.00 with two drinks not including tip. This was not waiter fault so I left him 25% cook in the kitchen gave us a Trash meal tonight, so dont go on a Sunday night past 5pm, or a Sunday period. I went on a Monday night at 5 and had admiral end cut that was out standing that is why we came back tonight. A big mistake and waste of money!

I ordered a delmonico steak and I was served what resembled a chop steak from a diner. Then the owner told me that's what its supposed to look like. We have been going to Walter's for over 20 years for special occasions and it has always been outstanding I hope this was just a fluke.

Came here for Easter dinner highly disappointed by the service our server spilled wine all over me and my $165 suede boots and management never came out to apologize at all or offer to pay for dry cleaning or offered to comp something off our meal nothing most disrespectful service I've ever had in my whole entire life so my Easter is ruined thanks a lot Walter's steakhouse and just an FYI my shoes are dry in the picture those are forever stains on my Chelse boots and FYI can't replace because Aldo shoe's don't make these anymore AKA unreplaceable
