I called Done Right and was very impressed they had no dispatch fee. I spoke with Patrick who was very nice kind and ready to help. Zach was sent out to my home and he was very knowledgeable. They quoted me a price which i though was fair and reaonable and Zach got right to work. He was very respectful of my work area and did an amazing job with getting the drain issue i had resolved. They are a locally owned and family operated. I probably could have found someone cheaper to do it however id rather give my money to a local company with good employees who care about their customer then this is for you. Did amazing work highly recomended

This is the second time in three days that Ive had to call on Done Right plumbing. Chris Hilton has been my plumber representing Done Right and has done an absolutely incredible job both times. When Done Right advertises fast, friendly and affordable they arent kidding. One pays for what they get when a repair is needed. Chris was friendly, informative, very professional, very skilled. The entire office staff who I spoke with was there ready to help when a major plumbing problem occurred that was unexpected. I would highly recommend Done Right plumbing and I highly recommend Chris who is an exemplary plumber who does outstanding and professional work. Service: Faucet installation

Everyone I came in contact with was wonderful. The texter at 4am in the morning. The dispatcher and most of all the technician. Trust me when I get more $$ I will be contacting Done Right for the work I need done. Thanks!!
