Hi Steve. I appreciate your comments regarding our company being efficient and very good at keeping schedules as we strive for excellent customer service. However, your statement regarding pricing is inaccurate. We do not have any residential customer on our routes, being charged $145 per cut. Your yard is close to 2 acres cut on a bi-weekly schedule, and we only charged $100 per cut, which is extremely competitive pricing. All bi-weekly lawns are cut twice as well as extra time to trim and blow clippings while on site due to the amount of growth between the 2 weeks. You then asked to add on additional weekly weed removal services for which you signed and approved for only $20. I would also like to point out that we have never increased a price to our customers without a signature of approval first. We are proud business owners that enjoy giving great quality and customer service. I promise you we are not in business to nickel and dime anyone. A yard your size with additional weed prevention services takes increased labor time to give you a spectacular looking yard! A business of our sizes pays for labor, gas, equipment, trucks, and office overhead. Yes, it is always possible to find something cheaper for lower quality from a small company that does not need to pay overhead, but you will not be getting the customer service, quality, and efficacity that we do :) Please give our office a call if you would like to speak further I would be happy to assist! 302-454-7838
