First and foremost, Nicole and Tommy Walsh demonstrated exemplary work ethics, attention to details and a true desire to get us just what we needed. We purchased the "G4 Whole Home Filtration" to work with the Guardian Air Home" with active pure technology which is a whole house 3 stage filtration system. We also purchased several Pure & Clean units which showed over a 99.9% reduction in airborne SARS-CoV-2 viral particles within 1 min of turning on the unit. Did we waste our money? We are in the senior citizen group and have health issues - we did not get covid. Let me say, our son who lives with us did get covid, he isolated in his room with all our Aerus products on working at peak performance. My husband nor myself got covid! My husband and I are certain, given how contagious Covid is, the Aerus products work as advertised, killed the virus in the air and was the reason we were not infected. Therefore, we did not waste our money.

We have several levels of Aerus products: Whole house, room, vehicle, and personal air purification. Love them all. Work just as advertised.

The staff has been consistently friendly, helpful, and responsive! I use their air sanitation device every day and am pleased with it. I'm about to travel and will take their smaller mobile air sanitizer to use when in my hotel. I'm also bringing their portable ionizer to carry on me for my travels. They back their products and do a great job overall!

I am responding to a mailed flyer from Aerus that I found to be deceptive - they implied that their mailer was governmental by placing "New Castle County, Delaware Water" boldly at the top without any identifiers that they were a company selling water filtration products.. It goes on to state that your water should be tested "as soon as possible" and Testing is "free for all Delaware residents". Clearly this is inappropriate.
