I had to bring my car here for the second time in 9 months, due to older car sitting low and dc speed bumps being unforgiving. Lol! Each time, Tristan and all who work there have been nothing but great from start to finish. They showed me the issue each time, explained what they'll do, gave a estimate on time, and a detailed invoice showing the charges. Prices are what they are because of inflation and I know that working as an insurance agent, but they gave one of the lowest quoted prices for my Oil, oil pan, and labor. While I waited they offered coffee, and explained each step as it was happening. The customer service was impeccable!! I was referred here from a friend, and most of my neighbors(2020 cars and up) have all said they love this location because they get the job done. I can attest to that. Very professional and skilled, I never worry when I bring my vehicle to this location.

I want to be VERY clear. The staff here has ZERO regard for customer service. I dropped my vehicle off at 10:50 am for an oil change. They told me it would be an hour wait. Leaving nothing to assumption, I asked if I would receive a call upon completion. His response was "of course!" An hour passed. No call received. Another hour passes and I decide to reach out. He immediately addresses me by my name and says "we're starting on your vehicle now. Give us another 30 minutes." I arrive back to Midas, at 2 pm and my vehicle was still in a bay. I paid $111 for the service. After paying I kindly asked if they normally give customers a courtesy call if the estimated time of completion doubles or even triples. His response was "We had alot of cars to get out first." Completely disregarded my question! I NEVER ONCE COMPLAINED.

I am pretty sure i was oversold. The manager told me I neededan air cabin filter. When I explained that there was no way to get to the air cabin filter (known broken access) he said it was no problem. After this I was skeptical about the rest of the repairs, however agreed to them. Sure enough when the worker came out, he told me they could not get to it. I asked how could he have known that I needed an overpriced filter if it was never looked at. First he denied it, then he blamed his employee. Horrible managment in my opinion. While I waited, I heard the manager scold employees for not upselling on the phone and once for being honest. There is an absolute failure of managment here. I do not reccomend doing business here until managment learns how to take ownership and be more honest with customers.
On the plus side, I do believe that the work performed was very well executed. My question is to if it was all necessary or not.
