        Avoid this place! I used this dry cleaner for more than 20 years, getting good service from the woman and her husband that ran the place. Then after I stopped because I didn't have a need to dry clean clothes, they changed policies. I went back to drop off an Armani Suit on 11/12/23. The lady asked me for payment up front. I was treated with disrespect and will NEVER go back! 11 M Cleaners is GHETTO!

        I brought a dress in that needed major alterations and Gina was PHENOMENAL. Not only was she the nicest person, but she got my alterations done correctly and in a timely manner. I had such a positive experience and I highly recommend 11M Cleaners to any and everyone!
