New Town Cleaners

Ive been using this company and services for the past couple of years. To say the least they've been consistent. Last month, they lost the pants to my suit. I ask them to look for the pants when they get a chance, and he (owner) instantly pulled up the video, which we saw the pants being processed; and said they gave them back to me when I picked them up. Now I dont have time to lie about a pair of pants I didnt pick up. So, I expressed to him, that I did not pick up the pants, as they were not in the stack of clothes I picked up. He then repeats, you people always say you've lost something. Mind you this has been the only issue I've had with this company, however, i felt attack the way he was aggressively speaking to me. I politely asked him to see if he can find the pants when he gets a chance. Mind you I am also dropping things off to get serviced. He says repeatedly, we do not have them. And I am not looking for them. We had a couple of words and told me to never come back to his business. Poor customer service. Poor ownership. We need a new cleaners in our neighborhood that wants to work with the community, instead of taking from the community. DO NOT GO HERE PERIOD.

So thankful to have New Town Cleaners as my regular spot to go. Ive been here a couple times and have never been disappointed in the quality, price, and service Ive been blessed with. Thank you guys for being so knowledgeable with my delicate clothes!

Worst service ever. Overcharged me for cleaning a specialty item. Damaged my clothing. Initially made an excuse that he had to clean a stain, then just stated the clothing wasn't damaged. Did not take accountability for it. Terrible service. I would never recommend this business.
