Petals Ribbons & Beyond has been permanently closed since December 2022. The owner retired after 35 years in the business. This was one of the best florist in Washington DC Excellent customer service, quality products and a community pillar.

Very happy with my experience, I was ordering for the company's event and we had a specific request, and I called in advance before I place the orders. Great costumer service, I liaised with Cookie, she was very nice, helpful and good communicator. Delivery was very smooth, the flower arrangements are beautiful and accurate with the pictures I will definitely re-order again!

August 26-Called Ms.Sara for a unique arrangement for my daughter! She did not disappoint!! Another beautiful arrangement and great customer service! Thank you so much!! I wanted to send a special floral arrangement to my daughter, just because. I called this florist and was greeted by Sarah. I told her what I wanted and she told me that she would take care of it. Because this was the first time I had used this florist, Sarah told me she would text me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered. I couldnt believe it!! The next day I received a text with a picture of the arrangement and I was VERY pleased!! My daughter was thrilled!! I highly recommend this florist!! Thank you Sara!
