I even dont want to give one star. Unfriendly reception desk staff, no warm shower, not cleaning room everyday and dirty room, all the noise from other rooms...and so much. All bad things are here. I recommend you just go other place. This is awful.

Me and my husband stayed here love the neighborhood and the old style of the hotel had a great time will always stay at this hotel when we’re in D.C staff was great hotel was very clean everything was close by

Terrible hotel I understand why they are goin out of business. I booked a hotel for my birthday. And the hotel bathroom was gross. The tub was peeling and Very dirty. When I called the front desk I was told nothing can be done for me. No can clean the bath tub and I can not change rooms. The fact that it’s COVID and my room was not clean when I got there I’d just crazy. I resulted in washing in the sink because when I asked for a refund the told me I would have to leave. This is literally unacceptable on top of this the night before I tried to book 2 more rooms for my friends but the website was “down” I guess. The front desk lady today me to come to the hotel to book them. So the night before my birthday I rush to the hotel just for the same front desk lady to tell me all the rooms have been booked. Oh and my friends Car got broken in to right in front the hotel. This hotel literally ruin my birthday trip. I just want a refund because all of this is unacceptable
