Worst Hilton-owned property in DC. I've stayed at all of DC's Hiltons (Diamond status here) and wanted to stay here for it's location. The website says there's self-parking (there's not). Called the front desk to ask where to park and they gave me the wrong address.
Also the hotel is not ADA compliant and has no ramps/wheelchair access.

A truly disappointing stay. Was here for a business trip and picked this hotel bc of location. On the app it says there's parking & a gym but this is wrong as there isn't. The elevators smelled of cigarettes most of the time. Requested my room to be cleaned but nothing was done. Even the TV barely had any of the popular channels. Clearly ALOT of cost cutting in this hotel and not what I'd expect being a diamond member.

The best of the hotel is the location, you can walk to most attractions. Rooms are ok but a little old. For the rest is so far the worst hilton for value. First there is only one way to access with stroller or wheelchair, through the bar that is at the basement.but sunday was closed! Nobody from reception even try to help us, thats the second worst part, staff are not welcoming at all! I didnt get my water being a loyal member, they were rude and unhelpful.please check who you put on reception! Worst I seen in years! Then the hotel does not offer tea or coffee complementary which is always nice for mw to have a cup of tea in the afternoon. The last, no parking! You have to park at the parking under The Ritz..but dont think is nice, stinks of pee and its as cheap as 40$ per day. Definitely I wont return to this hotel. See a picture of the entrance through the basement, full of dirt and we even saw a rat!!! Horrible!
