        Gouge left in my night stand right where work was done. Office manager did not stand behind this and was dismissive. I have to pay for the repairs now. Its just sad that people arent honest. I would have been happy with a gesture - $50 off the bill or something. The plumber had to enter my bedroom in order to get to my closet which accesses the back of the tub. So there is no question he was right by the side table that was gouged. I was charged by HD Johnson for caulking the overflow. There would be no way to access the back of the overflow except from my closet. So denying he was even in my bedroom is clearly not the truth. This company unfortunately lies. Its too bad because if honest, it could have been solved reasonably. No investigation was made, just a rather abrupt phone call and I was out of luck.

      Our office promptly responded to the client's concerns. An investigation was made and we found that our mechanic did not do work in the room where the piece of furniture was located, he at no point in time had any tools or material in the vicinity of the furniture or in the room. The work performed was in a bathroom hallway not located in a bedroom. This was communicated to the client and as such we found this issue was not caused by our employee. We take great pride in our staff, workmanship, and customer service and strive to give our customers an excellent experience, and we are more than happy to rectify any issue/concern related to our services/workmanship. In this particular case we were unable to help the client in this matter as we found no liability on the part of our employee.
